The program:  Iterating a Better Business Model is aimed to provide insights on Business Model that is the heart of any successful enterprise. Often overlooked, this workshop will help the entrepreneurs understand the core concepts of building a business model that works successfully for their enterprise. The workshop will include a Case discussion to facilitate the core learning of the subject.

The objectives of the workshop are:

·  Entrepreneurs need to understand the dynamics of organizational evolution and the strategies that need to be adopted from time to time.

·  Business models change and evolve over time. It’s imperative to understand the iterative nature of this exercise.

Workshop will be led by Mr. Rajendra Bhat, Chief Mentor at National Entrepreneurship Network. Rajendra Bhat has over 18 years of experience in entrepreneurship. Having started his career with one of India's top IT firms, he went on to launch his own enterprise in the area of Web development while the Internet was still a fledgling business opportunity. Having led his startup through the boom and bust of the Internet age, he has successfully transitioned to the role of entrepreneurship educator and mentor. He holds a post-graduate degree in Business Management from the University of Mumbai.
